Editorial policy
Global Sports Bulletin aims to make sport easier to understand without overstating what an explanation can establish. We distinguish established rules and stated facts from interpretation, and make uncertainty visible where it matters.
Accuracy and checking
We check factual claims against relevant, accessible material and take care with rule wording, names and competition formats. Rules can change and may differ between competitions or governing bodies, so articles should identify the scope of an explanation where that distinction matters. We do not present a broad summary as a substitute for the rules of a particular event.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are separate from partnership arrangements. Any paid, supplied or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly labelled so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial content. A partnership does not guarantee coverage or a favourable account.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or unclear explanation, contact us with the article and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update material when warranted; significant changes should be made clear in the article.
Images and illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with AI tools. Illustrations are not evidence of an event or a real sporting moment, and we aim to avoid presenting them as documentary images.
